Hau kola-pi,

Could anyone assist us with some information on violence within Aboriginal
communities?

My husband and I are needing this information for a presentation assessment
in a course we are doing at college.

We need to know what types of violence are prevalent within the communities,
why it occurs and what strategies are in place with community elders to
combat the problems.

We need to analyse the effectiveness of society response and also to suggest
alternative approaches agencies and departments could adopt in resolution of
the violence.

We need the info as soon as is possible and we desperately need
help.....please?????????
