there are definately some errors here. let us consider which countries
of in africa/carribean. dont you think countries like haiti might skew
the results *just a little*? i dont claim any great statistical prowess,
but it seems kinda, i dont know, crazy, to lump these two areas together
despite their "racial" similarity.
