I have several times cited large chunks from articles that I thought
would interest people on the net, and no one has brought to my attention
that I needed some kind of authorization to do that. Maybe Hugh Jarvis
has the answer to that. Yes, I have an OED, and the word "sea" has almost
four columns of definitions for every way the word is used, it seems to me.
This is what it says about "sea change":transformation (w. ref. to Tempest,
I,ii, 400). My OED is 3rd edition, published in l934. Ruby Rohrlich
