That right, americans have the special 'Mannifest Destiney' genitic code.
Once a migrant takes the citizenship oath they are taken to a back room
and, through a special surgical operation, are implanted with this special
DNA making americans geneitically superior. Scientists were unable to
perfect this medical break thorugh until after wwI, this accounts for
Americans rapid rise on to the international scene during the post wwI
era, although the 'manifest destinty' project was begun much earlier. The
technology was just not as widespread in the early 19th century.

Don't ever let someone tell you that there are no stupid questions.
