Andy, what specific Arctic culture are you seeking information about?
While Yakutsk, Upik, Inupiat, Inuit, and Saami are all Arctic cultures
they cover the circumpolar Arctic and are quite different in intellectual
and material cultures. Even a geographic reference to your area of concern
might be helpful. I'd suggest that you start with the survey text concerned
with the Alaska-Canada-Greenland area titled _The Handbook of North
American Indians, Volume 5: The Arctic_ published by the Smithsonian Inst.
This text should give you a starting point for your search. By the way,
what have you found thus far?
