North American discoveries of Mammouth remains

Can anyone tell me in what areas of North America Mammouth or Mastedon
remains have been discovered? I am especially interested to know how far
south such remains have been discovered (i.e. Texas, Mexico, Central
America). Also have any remains of animals been found in this region
that might be considered horse-like or a predecessor to the modern-day
horse (just thought I'd throw this question in too)?
