Re: AAA and AA new editorial trends

Cooler heads than mine are prevailing. I posted a note earlier today
to the list saying that I was sending a letter to Wendy Ashmore
expressing my concerns about the new AA. Since then folks like
Hugh Jarvis have forced me to rethink this, and now I find that I
agree with him that it would simply be common courtesy to first try
to have a dialogue with the Tedlocks. So I am not going to send my
letter to Ashmore (yet), and will instead draft a very politely worded
letter to the Tedlocks about their editorial policies.
