While I am sure that it was not intended, the question as stated already
presumes the prior definition of races. From a genetic viewpoint, such prior
definition does not exist and it is only through examining the spatial
distribution of allele frequencies (i.e., differences) that races taken as
sets of breeding populations with similar allele frequencies for SOME traits
can be defined (if one is so inclined).
