McGill University, Department of Anthropology
Applications are invited for a full-time tenure-track appointment at
the Assistant Professor level (base C$40,980 per annum), starting 1
September 1995. The position is subject to budgetary approval.
Applicants should have the Ph.D. and an outstanding record of ongoing
empirical/ethnographic research concerned with significant
theoretical issues in the politics and economics of development.
Duties include the teaching of four (one graduate and three
undergraduate) one-semester courses. In accordance with Canadian
