Grad student looking for a school

Hi folks. I have a friend who is applying for grad school next year (and
has to get her butt in gear!!). She is interested in the effects of war,
dislocation, and political violence on families (in particular women and
children), and is interested in working in Africa primarily. Does anyone
know a program where these interests might be addressed?? If so, e-mail me
privately, and I can also provide more in-depth details.
