This thing about the word "WONK" As far as I am concerned this is the
sound a goose makes when it has a cold. Maybe the origins lay (my
graduate advisor was an english major at one time) with the Marx brothers,
I don't know. As far as I am concerned the word came into being in
ANTHRO-L headers as "policy wonks." As far as the seriousness of E-REA,
well as far as I know I made the whole thing up as a somewhat satirical
joke...sort of... If anyone gets any bright ideas (I suppose this should
be addressed more to sociologists then anthros) then I expect full credit
and royalties... as in $$$$$$.

Policy making requires categorical thinking as this policy will alleviate
these problems for these people as defined by these categories...
