Database of ethno literature

Again, please pardon my ignorance, but is there a searchable database of
ethnographic literature? Anything alike MedSearch or PsychLit? If so, what
is it called and how to access it?
We're looking for what has been done on the relationship between the
ethnicity of physicians and their ways of doctoring. MedSearch has plenty
on the ethnicity of patients, but nothing at all on physicians.
Any help with this will be much appreciated.
