Expert on Panama needed for immigration hearing (fwd)

I am representing a yound man from Panama in a suspension of deportation
hearing. I am trying to locate someone who can testify at the hearing on
the current economic and social conditions in Panama (specifically,
employment opportunities/unemployment, standard of living, crime, etc.).
Testimony can be by telephone, or in person if you live in Seattle.

In addition, I am looking for documentary information on the current
economic conditions in Panama that I can submit to the immigration
court. Any suggested sources will be greatly appreciated.
