Rewriting a survey manual

The World Bank have contacted me to see if I can recommend a consultant whoo
will undertake two months work, based in London or with easy access to
London. They have a manual which covers the theory and operation of
community based surveys in Sub Saharan Africa but it is written in poor
English, is inconsistent and ill thought out in places. Thay want a talented
writer who has good practical survey experience to re-write the manual.
They envisage paying about US$200 a day, so it would only interest someone
who is mid career rather than senior or who has additional income.
If you are interested I need a brief CV and examples of written work. I
don't know much more but you can ring me if you wish to do so - I do not
know about the flexibility in timing for example as the World Bank always
want something tomorrow but will usually wait ! Please feel free to pass
this on especially to retired people.
