UP ON ME...THIS IS THE 4TH EFFORT IN THE LAST THREE DAYS TO REPORT THIS
GROUNDBREAKING RESEARCH.
PART II: THE TECHNIQUES WILL BE OF GREAT INTEREST TO THOSE IN SOCIAL PROBLEMS
SINCE IT WELL MAY BE THE CASE THAT THERE ARE HIDDEN ATTRACTORS IN VERY 'NOISY'
DATA SETS ABOUT CRIME, UNEMPLOYMENT, DIVORCE, SUICIDE, CHILD ABUSE, AND OTHER
SUCH SOCIAL PROBLEMS. THOSE IN SPORTS MAY BE ABLE TO FIND HIDDEN ATTRACTORS IN
THE SEQUENCE OF PLAYS OF SUCCESSFUL TEAMS. THOSE IN SOC/MEDICINE MAY FIND
HIDDEN ATTRACTORS IN DATA ABOUT CANCER AND SMOKING...NOW USED BY THE INDUSTRY
TO OBSTRUCT LEGISLATION ON THE REGULATION OF TOBACCO. LOW LEVEL RADIATION AT
WORK AND ALONG POWER LINES MAY REVEAL SUCH ATTRACTORS.
