I am an intern at the Milwaukee Public Museum working on the preliminary
stages of a one-year educational exhibit proposed for Fall 1997. The
exhibit will focus on the role of children over time and across the
world. Displays of children in various environments, such as work, home,
play, and school, will be a part of this exhibit.

I am writing this request to all who may have information concerning an
exhibit like the one described above. If your institution has created a
similar exhibit, or if you have any information you feel would aid me in
the planning of such an exhibit, please contact Jennifer Pieters via the
above address. I would appreciate any suggestions including, but not
limited to, exhibit components, weekend workshops, related activities,
related books, marketing strategies, etc.
