Dear Spencer,

I can only answer with a little bare-foot empiricism from Papua
New Guinea. I've been the informal 'medic' for two visits now to the
Seltaman, a tiny population in the Central Mts. While I've bumped into a
couple of auto-immune and allergic conditions I hadn't expected (rheumatoid
arthritis, one plant allergy, one touch of asthma...), I never detected
any migraine.
Wonder if anyone else has some input on this.
