Textbooks for Gender in Nonwestern Societies

This summer I will be teaching a six-week course called Gender in
Nonwestern Society, essentially a gender and culture course. Does
anyone know of any good textbooks that put it all together? For a
longer course I would consider individual ethnographies, but these
students need something comprehensive and then maybe a reader.

I appreciate any suggestions you might have.
