I have received so many replies of sources for Systems/Information Theory
materials that it is easiest to send out a group "Thank You" to everyone
who responded to my request. Thanks!

As for acculturation, particularly pertaining to Hispanic immigrants in
contact with American Culture, I received a couple of interesting people to
contact, but very little in the form of current up-to-date research materials
on this. I may have to do some more digging.

Amazing how one can start out in the classic anthro. section, move into the
psych. area, and then wander into politics, futures studies, and business.
We are *truly* interdisciplinary.
