The Missouri Historical Society and the Department of Anthropology,
University of Missouri--St. Louis, seek an Anthropologist/Ethnologist
for a joint position to begin in Fall 1994 pending funding. Ph.D. and
demonstrated expertise in Native American ethnography and material
culture-based research required; museum experience desirable. Position
entails curating collections at MHS, as well as teaching two courses per
year at UM--St. Louis. 12 month basis: 2/3 research, 1/3 teaching during
academic year; full-time research in summer. Application deadline
