You know that I am upset, of course, and there were at least 86 people at
the AAA Bsiness Meeting who were upset when the issue of the directions
of the AA were discussed there.
The only thing that we cqan say at the present moment is that the AAA
Executive Committee vowed to act on the sense of the motion that was
presented at the Business meeting to ensure that the empirical results of
scientific anthropological research would be included in the journal. If
anybody is upset with the journal's format and the lack of balance there,
then write to Jim Peacock, the President of the AAA.
