I am an undergrad. Anthro major doing my senior field methods project on a
restaurant where I am currently employed as a waitress. I am having a hard
time finding Anthropological sources (most everything I find is Sociology).
The restaurant is a relatively small, casual "white tablecloth"
establishment and the main customers are from my University. The employees
are mostly community members, so there is a Town/Gown aspect to the
situation. If anyone has any suggestions, I would love to hear from you.
