The price is $3.00 (AAA members), $5.00 (All others).
Prepayment is required with all orders. VISA and MasterCard are accepted
also (please give account numbers and expiration dates).
All orders will be sent via fourth class book rate unless extra postage
has been included in the prepayment. For first class postage rates,

Claims for missing or damaged books must be made within 90 days for
domestic US claims, and 120 days for foreign claims in order to receive a
free replacement copy.
