Hi,
I am looking for information (and people to talk too) about organisational
culture - specifically safety culture. I am not sure that this is the
correct newsgroup, but would appreciate direction to a newsgroup/listserv
where I might contact people working in the area (org culture if not
saftey culture). I am considering doing the thesis component of my
masters on Organisational safety culture. I don't have a background in
anthropology - but in Psychology (specifically Human factors/Ergonomics).
