You are both wrong. There are 25.4 mm to an inch
there are 12 inches to a foot = 304.8 mm
there are 5280 feet to a mile = 1609344 mm
a kilometer is 1000000 mm
a kilometer is 1000000/1609344 = 15625/25146 ~= 125/201 miles
