BZZZZZZZT! Wrong answer!

Who is always impressed, even today, when he sees a graph of the
established mass of the electron plotted against the date the
data was gathered. You see, Miliken <<cheated>> when he did his
oil-drop experiment. Didn't have the time to test all his
axioms, you see, and just had to fudge the data to rush his
results (which he "knew" beforehand and selected data to prove)
into publication.
