Your idea that an anthropologist should become particularly overwrought
about something exciting happening in physics, or become so singularly
impressed by your own narrow focus on VAX/VMS because that is all you
get paid to do, pardon me, just leaves me wholly bemused.

I have two boys here who get far more excited about their Jason the
Power Ranger toy (you know, the red one), and getting a batman suit
for Christmas. Or do they?
