My records show Carlos Castaneda was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil on 25
December, 1935.
For anyone interested in practicing his techniques, there is a
most interesting mailing list with about 135 members.
To join, send e-mail to request-castaneda@earth.com with the
subject "subscribe".
I was on the list for about half a year, and found it most
informative, regardless of how much fiction or non-fiction there is in
the books, the techniques seem valid to me.
