5,000 people make 200 postings each? That's 1,000,000 postings, which works
out to about 59 junkmail postings per newsgroup (!). And it'll be worse than
that because almost no-one will post to the (many) newsgroups that get very
little or no normal posting, so the useful newsgroups will get deluged.

Furthermore, if 5,000 people make $55,000 each that's a total cashflow of
$275M ! Maybe you should email Clinton: he could use this to pay off the
national debt.
