If you are referring to the World Scientists' Warning to Humanity, I have an
abbreviated version of it. The full list--including its 1,600 signers--can be
obtained from the Union of Concerned Scientists in Cambridge, MA. I don't
have their street address with me, but if you can't find it, please email me
and I will get back to you.
If you have access to a community or academic library, they might have a copy
of it--which would save you the time of having to wait for it to be mailed
from UCS.
The list does, indeed, include a huge number of Nobel laureates in the
sciences.
