An interesting problem, particularly considering the number of
returning/older students (I'm one myself). My guess is that it
wouldn't qualify as such unless the subsequent experience of the
applicant justified a complaint. It also depends on what qualifies
as "recent training." Would this, for instance, include post-doctoral
studies?
