That primary research has long been done. The solution is a mother
and father that teach their children from the moment they are able to
understand "no-no" that respect for others is the first Law. Things like
"do no harm", and "do unto others as you would have them do unto you" come
to mind.
By the way I am not Christian. I just happen to like people.
