MURDER AT THE MUSEUM HAPPENS ON OCTOBER 25 AND 26. Join a select panel of
renowned mystery writers, archaeologists and anthropologists as they take
on sports and crime in fiction and in antiquity!
Death and gory glory in mesoamerica (Dr. Jeff K. Kowalski discusses the
Maya ball game); fun and olympic flimflam in ancient Greece (Dr. David
Romano on the ritual games), and sting and persiflage in physical
anthropology (Dr. Alan Mann dissects the Piltdown caper).
Harlan Coben, Aaron Elkins, Charlotte Elkins, Jody Jaffee and Troy Soos
reveal how and why they use sports in their settings, characters,
themes,and plots.
Murder Mystery Dinner: Dine with the authors in an ancient Egyptian
setting. Help solve a murder with an anthropological theme!
