distorted by the anonym to incriminate the writer. The underlined
phrase means "[to make your phone bills small] don't talk on the
phone".
I perfectly realize that no reasonable person will consider this
anonym seriously, basing just on his stylistics. However I think it
makes sense to also provide a more substantial reason to distrust him.
