God did make a rock so big He couldn't lift it(in a manor of speaking).
The "rock" is God cannot have unpunished sin in His presence. The way that
"rock" was lifted was for God to pay the ppenalty of that sin by tthe
sacrifice of Jesus. Therefore the rock is lifted.
