Anthropology and organizational culture

Does anyone have an interest in discussing, or can point me to references
for, current thinking on the application of anthropology and/or
enthnographic techniques to the study and manipulation of
organizational culture? Unfortunately, I have found few newsgroups or
listservs which address this growing interdisciplinary area. Xerox PARC
seems to have become the leader in developing computer applications which
utilize results of such research; but much of this research is unavailable
to the public.
