No, the Egyptian calendar is only solar. The Jews probably got their
calendar from Mesophotemia (sp), because of it's lunar nature. Besides, the
exact calendar was decided long after the period of the Bible, up to then they
used astronomic observations (which had to be done in Israel and transmitted
via fire posts).
