My co-author remembers reading a reference to an African tribe where sexual
etiquette included a proviso that, if you came upon a couple copulating
in the bushes, the polite thing to do was to sit down and rock on your
heel until you had an orgasm too. However, she's now torn her library
apart and can't find it.
