Emilio,

This sounds somewhat obvious but check chapter 10 of "The Hunters or the
Hunted?" by C.K. Brain (U.Chicago, 1981) and if that is not detailed
enough for your needs, look in the 15 pages of references he provides. I
think somewhere in there is the info you are seeking.
