What gets me about "The Bell Curve" is that here's a
couple whiteguys telling the world that (East!-) Asians
and Jews are the world's most intelligent peoples. OY.
Are they expecting maybe we should send 'em a check?

It's been my experience that brilliance and it's lack
are scattered pretty widely, that for every clever fellow
like Chou-En Lai there's a real dimwit like "Chiang Kai
Schmuck." (Please note I'm not arguing _politics_ as I'd
disagrree as much with Chou's.) And for that matter wasn't
Milton Obote a college professor?

When somebody figures out what they're up to please let me know.
