You raise an interesting question. Most anthros don't focus on violence,
agression, etc. You're right there has been some stuff on war. Try
looking up Lionel Tiger's recent work on sociobiology. I saw him awhile
ago, and he may be doing something on agression, or at least have
references to those who are in his bibliographies.
