WHY DO YOU THINK SOME CULTURES ARE VERY GOOD AT DOING CERTAIN THINGS?
(i.e. the Japanese are renowned for being able to take something and
improve on it and make it uniquely theirs (is this due to their past
isolationism), Indians are excellent software engineers (is this due to
their long history/interest in mathematics, etc.)

IS THERE ANY WAY TO KNOW WHICH COUNTRIES/CULTURES HAVE "CENTERS OF
EXCELLENCE" AND WHAT SHOULD ONE LOOK FOR TO DISCOVER WHAT THAT SPECIAL
TALENT MIGHT BE?
