Human meat

Just a thought, during the war I was fed meat by the Vietnamese. It
tasted as if I had put a fork of perfumed meat in my mouth.
Someone told me that is the taste of human meat:
I am still wondering. I never tasted the same thing any at any other
time or place other than Vietnam.
