John - Yes, actually. Here is the entire cite.

Relethford, John 1990 "The Human Species: An Introduction To Biological
Anthropology", Mayfield Publishing Company; Mountain View, p. 349.

"One of the best known H. erectus sites with evidence of hunting is
Zhoukoudian, China. Here H. erectus populations lived intermittently in caves
between roughly 460,000 and 230,000 years B.P."

The Relethford book is excellent, by the way.
