1. By what criteria do you say pig meat is closest to human meat? Have you eaten
human flesh recently? For that matter, have you eaten chimpanzee or orangutan
meat?
2. By what criteria do you say pig milk is closest to human milk?
3. Pig hearts are fairly large. Pigs are cheaper and more numerous than apes.
People are also less likely to get upset about killing pigs for their hearts.
There was a Chicago Hope episode using an orangutan heart, I'm guessing that
this reflects real plans to use orangutan hearts.
This is about the flimsiest strawman I've ever seen. Why not go on to note
that we use rats for medical experiments because they most closely resemble
us biologically. Ahh.. we must be descended from rats to! Read
talk.origin's FAQ why don't you?
