Hi,

I'm a cultural anthropology student about to finish my BA's degree
(working on my thesis) and I'm interested in pursuing my phD in Anthro as
well. I'm fascinated with Greece and so I'm cosidering to
move over there to learn the language and define my interests better
before I actually get into grad. school. I'm not sure how I'll do this
but well...I'd like to know if anybody else has done something similar or
if it is better to apply to grad school first and then during fieldwork
figure it all out?! Also I'm trying to find out what social anthropology
departments or institutes exist in Greece and what kind of issues are
being emphasized for research...I'll appreciate all your comments and
suggestions.
