Need info on Mesoamerican native groups

I am currently writing articles about several native Mesoamerican groups
for the forthcoming _Gale Encyclopedia of Peoples and Cultures_, a
reference work geared primarily for high school students. I would
appreciate hearing from anyone who is knowledgeable about the Sumu, Pipil,
or Garifuna and willing to answer some questions about any of these
groups, or anyone who can advise me about finding further information on
them. (Mostly, I need material about their present-day customs and living
conditions.)
