I shall probably regret asking this. You know curiousity killed
the cat (Thank God I'm not a cat). But...
Why is this thread titled "The Most Stupid Women, i.e. White Women..."?
So far all I've seen is someone saying that black women have a great
struggle and have suffered a great deal. Which is true. Someone else
pointing out that it is very rare that anyone discusses the rape and
violence that have been so typical of the relations between white males
and black females. Which is also true. Everything I've seen seems to
have to do with the trials of black women. Which is a good topic which
should be discussed more. I fail to see what this has to do with the
intelligence of any woman and how specifically it makes white women
stupid. I also find the title offensive. Being a white women, I am
annoyed at being put into a collective, superficial lump with every other
white women and being called stupid. And, please, to the one person (at
least) who is going to say something about whites having done this for
centuries, I don't give a fuck. It's horrible it shouldn't have been
done, but I haven't been around for centuries. And whether the actions
be good or bad, I am responsible for my behavior and no one else's. And
I have never put anyone into any sort of stereotypical lump negative or
posotive.
And my apologies to all the newsgroups to which this thread
should not be, but I have no idea from where or whom this thread originated.
