If you're really trying not to say that one is better than the other,
you really should come up with a different word than "abuse". The
connotation of "bad" with "abuse" is inescapable; you just can't perform
a "Humpty-Dumpty" with it: words do not mean "just exactly what I say"
they do, no matter how hard you may try to get that idea across.
