Surely there are a number of aquatic dinosaurs in the fossil record?
Or in Loch Ness according to some. I don't recall any bipedal ones
though. While there are some non-human bipeds extant and in the
fossil record, it doesn't exactly seem to have been a standard
solution to terrestrial adaption.
